- All homes include eased-edge, streamlined 5" base molding and 3" door casing with numerous options to personalize the look and feel.
- Smooth drywall finish and two-tone paint included in every home.
- Locally built, custom designed cabinetry including 42" upper cabinets, soft close doors and selection of hardware styles and finishes. Numerous stains, colors, and wood species to choose from.
- Standard, adult-height vanities in the primary and main bathrooms (excludes half baths).
- Quartz countertops complement the cabinet design and provide a wide array of colors with options for granite and quartzite.
- All standard kitchen appliances are stainless steel in Whirlpool or KitchenAid lines, with the option to choose from other custom brand names.
- All Symphony Series homes include an exterior-vented hood above the cooking surface.
