At the Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes this year Symphony Homes will have three different homes with three different floor plans. Two of three will be completely new floor plans, the Octave and the Sonata. Today we are going to highlight our Sonata floor plan, which will be on display in our Chestnut Farms Community on lot 3. We are so proud of this house that after the parade is over we are going to make it our next model home in this community. Lets get into the details of the house. First, the house is a rambler, which means that there is a main level as well as a basement. It has a craftsman style exterior, which mean it utilizes painted hardie siding as well as stone. Its full gable style roof is something that makes it extremely unique to our collection. Like all of our homes we have modified this house from its original base plan, in order to customize it to showcase some of the options available.
Let’s get into some of the features. First, the house has a large 3-car garage that can be used for traditional purposes such as housing your car, or a nontraditional purpose, like a workshop or play area for kids. On the main floor there is a grand master suite with a separate sitting area that allows for parents to relax and read in comfort. In their elaborate master bathroom there is a grandeur walk-in shower, his/her closets, as well as his/her vanities. The main floor utilizes open space very efficiently, which allows for maximum usable space and permits for a very large family room. This floor has a custom built mudroom that has two separate benches complemented by 6 individual lockers. In the basement there is a large game room and lots of storage space. Accompanied by, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom for the kids. Make sure you stop by our houses in the Parade of Homes and tell us what you think!
