We wanted to thank you for the great service you’ve provided. We’ve built two other homes and when it came to warranty items they provided no where near the level of service you did. It really felt like you guys wanted the home right, rather than the other builders who seemed more worried about how much it would cost to fix it or see if they could find a way that it wasn’t covered under warranty. Symphony could have declined to fix the problem with our driveway because it was just past a year when it was really showing a problem and I’m certain most builders would not have paid to have it fixed. Thank you for looking past profits and contract deadlines and fixing the driveway and making it right.
